1. Your money is 100% protected in a trusted, outside fund

Your money goes to an FDIC-insured trust called Funeral Services, Inc (FSI), that’s been protecting pre-need monies for over 40 years. FSI is recommended by the state of Florida and located in Tallahassee, the same city as the Florida Department of Financial Services Division of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services. This is the official regulatory agency for all pre-paid cremation arrangements in Florida.

Depositing money in the fund works just like an escrow account - the trust funds are transferred to us only after we present a certificate of death.

In the unlikely event we go out of business or ‘sell out’ - your money stays 100% secure with FSI, and you’ll never lose access to it.

2. You can pay the full price or pay in installments with 0% interest rates.

You can pay the $995.00 cremation cost in one payment or break it up to installments up to 12 months with 0% interest rate and no penalties if paid earlier. Absolutely no credit check is needed.

3. You can change your mind at any time without any penalties

If you ever decide to cancel or change your choice in cremation service providers, just contact us and get 100% of your money back from the fund with no penalties, no hassle and no questions asked.

Be careful about dishonest cremation providers who use tricky policies and loopholes in Florida law. Many other providers refund just a fraction of the full price if you cancel with them.

We advise potential clients to take their time to do their own research. We encourage you to create a list of questions about the terms and penalties for cancellation before getting on the phone. 4. What happens when I die?

Your family calls our dedicated phone number, available 24/7. Then we take care of the rest - according to your pre-planned wishes.

After the death certificate is filed, the money deposited in the fund gets transferred directly to us which will pay for 100% of cremation costs. 

5. Are there any additional costs not included in the prepaid plan?

The only extra cost could occur if the medical examiner’s fee increases, or if the cost of death certificates goes up. These costs are set by the county where the death occurs, so we have no control over them. In these cases, the family is only responsible for the difference between the [new price] minus the [original price].

Again, when our prices go up, the family does NOT pay more. The family would only pay the difference if external fees outside of our control increase.

For everything else - cremation, optional items like decorative urns or keepsakes - you’re locking the price by pre-paying. Everything will be paid in full from the deposit you make.

6. Use pre-planning to help you qualify for Medicaid

If you anticipate that you may need to spend down your assets to qualify for Medicaid, the amount you put aside in the fund for cremation expenses would be made exempt under Medicaid law.

You may also add optional copies of the death certificate and the medical examiner’s fee.

3. Choose whether you prefer to pay the full price right away or pay in installments.

Installments carry 0% interest for up to 12 months, and no credit check required.

4. You’ll receive a welcome package: a letter, emergency alert card, a copy of the agreement, all in a handy presentation folder for safe keeping.

You’ll also get a permanent emergency alert card to put in a wallet or purse. It contains the contact details of your relative and our business. You can also include optional details.
You can access your online account anytime 24/7.

You can invite others, including family members and loved ones to your account to view the information you have recorded including your biographical information.

7. After we present FSI with a certified copy of the death certificate, the money gets transferred and covers the cremation costs.
